Youth development is very important to the club and is reflected in the way we support our youth to attend a variety of SLSQ led activities as well as provide opportunities within the club. One of the most important ways our youth develop their skills is through the completion of their SRC and Bronze medallions, we would be lost without our fantastic trainers who generously give up their weekends and sometimes weekdays to train our young people in the skills they need to obtain these important awards. Of course there is always the fun of getting their IRB crewies and driver awards as well.
Other opportunities inlcude: Leadership Camps, Youth Ball, away days to other clubs, sleepovers at other clubs and fun nights of bowling or putt-putt just for this special age group.
